In a suicide bombing attack, at least 15 people have been confirmed killed in Nigeria. The incident had been confirmed by Nigerian Commissioner of Police Aderinle Shinaba.
He confirmed the incident at the Federal College of Education after visiting the attack site Wednesday.
Shinaba said that 34 people, mostly students and lecturers, were injured in the attack.
He also said two suicide bombers had exchanged gunfire with some security men before arriving at the college.
Shinaba said, “After the exchange of gunfire, they reached the college lecture theatre and detonated two explosives. There was another insurgent who was carrying an AK-47 rifle and explosives.”
