New Delhi: AIADMK chief and former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa had been granted bail by the Supreme Court. Notify that it was the last chance of Jayalalithaa to get the bail before festival Diwali because apex court will go in leave for a week after Friday.
Former CM had to Supreme Court seeking bail after the Karnataka High Court had rejected her bail plea following her conviction in the disproportionate assets case.
‘Amma’ has been behind the bars since September 27 and has challenged the High Court order which had refused her bail.
