Surat: Massive Diwali bonus for the employees of a Surat based diamond baron. Company have gifted his employees brand new cars, diamond jewellery and even homes as a Diwali gift for meeting targets for the year.
The diamond industry in Surat district of Gujarat may not be passing through the most dazzling phases in its history but diamond baron Palki Savjibhai Dholakia’s employees were still rewarded for their hard work.
Palki Savjibhai Dholakia, a diamond merchant based in Surat who runs Hrishikesh Exporters, showered his employees with a massive bonus. He gifted 200 workers houses, 525 have received diamond jewellery and 491 have been gifted brand new cars.
The employees of Hrishikesh Exporters are the envy of every working professional in India. Their more than generous employer has ensured that his employees have a reason to sport a huge smile.
Dholakia said he set aside Rs 50 crore budgets for these incentives. He said the idea was simply to reward employees who met the yearly targets. So 1200 employees at his company were selected and rewarded.
Dholakia said, “We decided on this programme last year itself. We rewarded 1,200 employees who achieved the given targets.”
