Supreme Court reprimand at Center and LG over delayed for decision of Delhi government formationNew Delhi: The Supreme Court had reprimand at Central government of Narendra Modi and Lt. Governor over the delayed for the decision of government formation in Delhi. The apex court said that President’s rule in a democracy cannot exist forever.

Constitution Bench said to the LG that the government should take immediate decision on formation and it should not take 5 months.

Notify that Delhi is in President’s rule after the resignation of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in February.

The Supreme Court ruled that the public has the right to elected government, should take immediate decision on this issue.

The Center told the Supreme Court that the President had approved the proposal of LG to invite the BJP to form a government.

However, the Court held that the common man on the basis of merit in this case the party (you) will hear the petition.
