New Delhi: Shiv Kumar Goyal, conservator of accountant has assets of 50 crores. The administration had prepared the file of him under DA. It had become harder for administration to prepare list as maximum property is not in the name of any person. He had purchase land on the name of his son and daughter-in-law on 54 locations. He had registered land on 29 fake names that didn’t exist. Shiv kumar had acquires that land.
District administration had collected the data of property of Shiv Kumar and his family.
District Magistrate F Ramkishan Sharma said that property of Shiv Kumar is more then 50 crore on behalf of investigation.
He had purchased land on the name of his son Rahul Goyal, daughter-in-law Renu Goyal and on name of other relatives.
He purchased lands on 54 locations from 2001 to till now. Not only agriculture land but he had purchased the land nearby cities.
He showed that he had purchase land from Mangal, Kanwar sen, Rakesh, Siyaram, Vishnudutt, Babita and Sharad in Shukratal. He also showed that he he purchase land from Bhagwana, Rajpal, pappua nd other in Mandawar Bijnor.
Same as he showed fake seller in Hajipur and Firozpur in 20.775 hectare. He also purchase land in 966.66 square metre in 2011 at Bibipur and 10.83 square metre in Ankit Vihar. According to law, a person can only purchase 5 hectare land on the name of a person.
Teams of administration had made enquiry on accountants of state on Thursday. Police had booked 13 people for working on forest land by the order of Jaibhagwan accountant. He had offered this land on tender.
SDM Dr. Indramani Tripathi said that they had come to know in enquiry that the forest land had been illegally acquired and some people are farming on the land. Accountant Jaibhagwan had tendered this forest land from long time to some people.
Police had booked 3 tractors from farm of Jaibhagwan. Several equipments of farming are also seized by police with a Maruti car. Police also found an underground storage house in farm house from where they found a diesel tanker. Diesel had been too seized.
Notify that accountant Jaibhagwan and Shivkumar had several times threatened several officers. ADM Ramkishan Sharma said that these accountants had hard words with Sub Divisional Magistrate Rakesh Kumar and they had also tried for transferring SDM Umesh Mishra. Meanwhile SDM had reported the incident to DM.
They had huge fight with assistant registrar Kanungo Kiratpal in Jansath in his own office. Kiratpal too had reported the incident to the DM and demand for probe.
