New Delhi: Shining India Group had conducted the opinion poll survey of National Capital to know the mood of voters of Delhi.

The survey teams of Shining India had asked people of Delhi over the choice of CM for Delhi. People had showed their interest toward AAP’s chief Arvind Kejriwal rather than former IPS and CM Candidate of BJP, Kiran Bedi.

49% voters had supported Aam Aadmi Party’s national convener and CM candidate of AAP Arvind Kejriwal with 41% had supported BJP’s CM candidate Kiran Bedi for their CM of Delhi. Ajay Maken had become the back runner with the choice of 7% only.

People had praised the 49 governing days of Kejriwal and said that he is the one who can rectify the problems of Delhi. The rectification of corruption in ground level from different department had pleased lower and middle class who were frustrated from it.

The teams of Shining India had asked people for their choice of party. They, in the opinion poll survey, asked voters to which party they will vote. 49% people had showed their faith toward Kejriwal’s AAP and 40% people had said that they will vote for BJP.

Congress is still struggling their as only 8% voters had showed their interest toward it. 3% voters had said that they will go with other rather than BJP, AAP or Congress.

The opinion poll survey for Delhi Assembly by Shining India Group had figured out that Aam Aadmi Party being projected to get 35-37 seats out of 70-member Delhi Assembly and Bharatiya Janata Party is likely to secure 31-33 seats.

It shows that Delhi will become the witness of tight political battle in between two rival parties i.e. BJP and AAP. The two parties are trying their level best to secure maximum seats in Assembly elections of Delhi.

Survey had claimed BJP’s CM candidate Kiran Bedi had raised the credibility of BJP in among voters but it is far away from majority. The internal disputes of BJP and lack of coordination in among senior leaders of Delhi BJP had become the main drawback in Delhi.

Meanwhile AAP’s national convener and former CM of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal had become the face of poor people. Arvind Kejriwal had beautifully targeted the soft points of middle class and poor people and turned the fight of candidate versus candidate to candidate versus Kejriwal.

His clean image and issues which he raised had become the main reason for diversion of votes toward AAP.

Under the leadership of former Union Minister Ajay Maken, Congress is struggling to survive in Delhi. Survey reports of Shining India had showed that Congress may secure 2-4 seats against the eight it had won in the last election held in December 2013.

Under the teams of Shining India Research and Analysis and Shining India News, Shining India Group had conducted the survey from January 22 to January 30, 2015.

Teams of Shining India Group had visited all 70 assemblies of Delhi with 1050 polling booth. Teams had taken the opinion of 15750 male and female and 135 third gender. In among 15750, team had met with people of all age group.

Election in Delhi had been holding on February 7 with declaration of result on 10 February.
