Patna: Patna: Expelled Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav today hit back at Lalu Prasad for calling him ‘Mir Jafar and Jai Chand’ and said his former mentor acted like ‘Duryodhan’ and ‘Kansh’ for the Yadav caste.
Lalu Prasad acted as ‘Duryodhan’ and ‘Kansh’ for his own caste Yadav and also minority Muslims who made him a powerful leader,” Pappu Yadav who founded the Jan Adhikar Party (JAP) after his expulsion from RJD told reporters reacting to Lalu Prasad’s remarks against him.
The RJD President while attacking Pappu Yadav who has formed Jan Adhikar Party (JAP), as well as, leaders of the Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) had compared them with “Mir Jafar and Jai Chand” who have crossed over to destructive forces.
The Madhepura MP sought to correct Lalu Prasad saying “since he was thrown away from the RJD by Prasad, he could be Mir Kasim and not Mir Jafar or Jai Chand. The JAP founder accused Lalu Prasad of working against his own castemen to promote the interest of his family.
Using strong word against Lalu Prasad, Pappu Yadav called him “politically illiterate”, but hailed Chief Minister Nitish Kumar as “political visionary” and expressed surprise over their coming together. Pappu Yadav also disapproved Rashtrity Lok Samata Party (RLSP) state President Arun Kumar’s vitriolic against Nitish Kumar.
