Won't Tolerate Anti-National Activities, Says Madhya Pradesh CM  Shivraj Singh Chouhan#Indore : Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s  Criticising the February 9 event in Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) where anti-India slogans were allegedly raised, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said freedom of speech does not mean that one should indulge in anti-national activities.
“The kind of freedom of speech available in India is not there in any other country. But in the name of freedom of speech, the country will not tolerate anti-national utterances,” Mr Chouhan said in Indore last night after inaugurating Chitra Bharti Film Festival.

He said, “India has been conveying the message of world peace and welfare for ages now, but some people in the country are trying to teach the definition of freedom of speech. No one dares to raise such slogans in any other nation.”

“Traitors like Mir Jafar and Jaichand were there earlier also, but the country has never accepted such elements. If needed, we Indians will cut off our heads for saving the honour of Bharat Mata but will not allow anyone to dishonor it,” the chief minister said.

He also said specific message-oriented films were necessary for the society.

“While making films, we need to decide in which direction we wish to take our new generation,” #ShivrajSinghChouhan  said.
