Bihar class 12th Topper  Nandani says   Hard work helped to Achieve goal #Patna : It was nothing but hard work that helped Nandani secure the first position in Bihar’s intermediate or Class 12 examination in the commerce stream.
“I used to study 12 to 13 hours daily and prepared a timetable for my studies and followed it,” Nandani, a student of BD College in Patna, said. She secured 415 out of 500 marks in the examination, the results for which were declared by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) on Tuesday.

Reiterating the mantra that success has no shortcuts, Nandani credited the quality education she received at her college and her self-studies for her success.

“I aspire to be a chartered accountant,” the topper, whose father Vinay Sharma is a paint contractor said.

“She was always talented. She secured 10 CGPA in her Class 10,” said Sharma.

The principal of her college, PK Verma, said he would bear the expenses of her textbooks and study materials should she plan to choose to continue her graduation studies from the Bihar

A total of 69,486 students, including 48,912 boys and 20,574 girls, appeared in the ICom examination this year, as compared to 83,066 students last year.
