Sanaa: Two suicide bombing – one in capital, Sanaa and other in the country’s south- have killed at least 50 people.
Officials said that 30 people died when a suicide bomber set off his explosive on Thursday morning in Central Sanaa which targets a gathering of supporters of the rebel Shiite Houthi movement.
Medics said that powerful suicide bombing in the Yemeni capital on Thursday killed at least 43 people in an attack on supporters of Shiite insurgents who have overrun the city.
The second bombing took place at the outskirts of the southern city of Mukalla, where a suicide car bomber rammed his car against a security outpost, killing at least 20 soldiers.
Witnesses said a suicide bomber detonated an explosive belt at a checkpoint at the entrance to the protest site, leaving steel balls strewn at the scene.
