Shivraj come in action after oath ceremony

ShivrajBhopal: Just after the oath ceremony, The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan had come in action and started working and fulfilling the promises which he made during election.

Shivraj Singh had cleared four schemes and announced for a major campaign to save and protect girl child.

These four schemes are:

  • Rice at Rs. 1 per kg to poor- under which poor people get rice at its lowest price of Rs. 1 per kilogram.
  • Mukhyamantri Khet-Sadak Yojana- under which agriculture field will be connected to road.
  • MP Madhyam Varg Aayog-a commission to address grievances faced by middle class people.
  • MP Vyapar Samvardhan Mandal- which promote industries to generate employment.

These four schemes will be effective from January 1, 2014.

Chouhan said that he would start a campaign in a broad level for awareness to save the girl child. He said,” No nation can progress without saving their girls. We need to save girl child. It is our duty to ensure social and economic empowerment of women.”

Shivraj Singh also made a statement for social welfare and announced that no new liquor shop will be opened in state. Shivraj Singh also ensures rural persons that government will try to put efforts to increase power production and government will try to provide water to every rural household.
