6th cutoff list had launched in DU for admission

New Delhi: Delhi University had launches its 6th cut off list for admission which started on Monday. Commerce, economics and English are still available in general category at over a dozen colleges. There are also seats in Hindi, history, geography, political science and journalism courses.Delhi University If we compare 6th cut off list of this year with last year’s list then last year commerce was available in just four colleges, this year’s offers a student 17 options. There was just one college (Kirori Mal) offering admission in economics in the sixth cutoff list of 2012, this year the course is available across 13 colleges. What’s more, there are seven colleges offering commerce below 90%. The lowest cutoff for commerce is 84.75% at Shyamlal (Evening). Despite it place among more popular courses, admissions to economics, too. The lowest cutoff is at Ramanujan—87.5%. Five colleges are offering admission to this course at cutoffs below 90%. On campus, seats are available in Miranda House (95.75-96.25%) and SGTB Khalsa (96%).

History aspirants, check out ARSD (65.5%), IP College (84-89%) and Motilal Nehru (66-74%). Political science is available in Ramjas between 91.25% and 95.25% and Motilal Nehru (80-85%). Geography is being offered only at Aditi Mahavidyalaya (63.5%). Journalism seats are available at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (91.5%) and Kamala Nehru (92.5-94.5%).

Science is available in campus colleges such as Ramjas and SGTB Khalsa. Physics is available at Ramjas and SGTB Khalsa at 93.33% and 92%, respectively, while chemistry is being offered at DDU (88%), Maitreyi (84%), Motilal Nehru (88%), Ramjas (91%) and SGTB Khalsa (89.67%)
