Ashok KhemkaNew Delhi: Ashok Khemka the IAS officer of Haryana has submitted a 100-page report of irregularities in Vadra land deals to the government. Ashok Khemka has been allegedly flagged due to irregularities in Robert Vadra land deals. Khemka in his explosive revelations claims that Vadra, pocketed a hefty premium on a commercial colony licence.

Khemka, a 1991 batch IAS officer in Haryana, was targeted by successive governments in Haryana. He has been transferred 43 times in over two decades.

Of these, 19 transfers have been done by the present Bhupinder Singh Hooda government since March 2005.

The report reveals that Vadra manipulate documents and executed a series of sham transactions for 3.53 acres land in Shikohpur village of Gurgaon. Khemka had been shunted out after he cancelled a land deal mutation between Robert Vadra and real estate giant DLF.

Report of Khemka was submitted to a three-member committee which was set up by the Haryana government to look into the Vadra-DLF deal in 2012 October. The Haryana government has already given its clean chit to Vadra.

Khemka had come in support of suspended IAS Durga Shakti Nagpal and said, “Very few young IAS officers would have dared to do this (taking on the sand mafia). It was a very bold step. Her act was as per law.”

“Even I would not have taken this step (at that age). She behaved like a public servant who did her duty,” Khemka added.
