Mumbai: The stranger has been following her ever since she started shooting for ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’. Actress Shruti Haasan was attacked on Tuesday morning at her residence by a stranger who has perhaps been following her for quite a while now, sources close to her said.

On Tuesday morning, Shruti was attacked when she answered the doorbell. The actor, though shocked, fought and pushed her attacker out, the source said.
