Bangalore: Cycle Day, a monthly initiative to popularize non-motorized transport in Bangalore, will be held on February 23. The venue for the event is 10th main, Jayanagar 5th Block, near Chandragupta Maurya (also called Shalini) grounds.
The initative, anchored by the Karnataka government’s Directorate of Urban Land Transport (DULT), is supported by multiple communities/ city-level organizations, citizen volunteers and government organizations (Bangalore Traffic Police, BBMP).
