Noida: A woman and her daughter were found death which suspects murdered in their apartment in sector 121, Noida early on Sunday and Hours after mechanical engineer Nitin rohilla was charred to death in his car on the Greater Noida Express highway on Saturday evening.
Policed said, mother and daughter seemed to have been killed three days ago, given the state of the bodies. They suspect the involvement of motive.
The bizarre sequence of events joining the dots between the death of the man and the recovery of the bodies has turned a police probe that began with the hypothesis of an accidental death into a full blown murder investigation.
On Saturday night, police began to trace the man’s identity by using the number plate of his burnt Wagon R car as the body was burnt beyond recognition. They discovered his name was Nitin Rohilla, a resident of Prateek laurel in sector 120 in Noida.
But just as they had zeroed in on the address came a call from same housing complex on Saturday morning, the caller compained of foul smell from to be the same as that of Rohilla. A police team went to the house, broke the door to open and found the decomposing bodies.
Police also found that they were Rohhila’s wife and daughter apparently killed well before the man himself was charged to death. Police suspect involvement of Rohilla’s in the murder but a conclusion can be drawn only after a detailed probe and the autopsy, report of all three deceased. Senior superintendent police Preetinder Singh said, An FIR has been registered at sector 58 police station based on a complaint by Parul’s family.
