All five accused of Dhaula Kuan gangrape held guiltyNew Delhi: All five accused of Dhaula Kuan gang rape had been held guilty on Tuesday. A Delhi sessions court on Tuesday held all the five men accused of abducting and raping a 30-year call center employee in Delhi’s Dhaula Kuan guilty.

Sentencing of the convicts will be held on October 17.

Shamshad alias Khutkan, Usman alias Kale, Shahid alias Chhota Billi, Iqbal alias Bada Billi and Kamruddin have been convicted by the court in the case that dates back to 2010.

The five men abducted the woman, who hailed from the northeast, November 24, 2010, while she was walking home with a friend after her shift ended, said police.

The abductors took her to Mangolpuri, gang raped her, and left her on an isolated road there. The five were later arrested from Mewat in Haryana.
