New Delhi: As the black money issue rises after forming new government in India and list given to the Supreme Court of the people having black money in foreign banks, Uttar Pradesh government too accelerated the probe against 440 people of state who have black money in foreign banks.
These 440 people are those who had collected money by illegal manner which includes ten very powerful leaders of Samajwadi Party, a former minister of Bahujan Samaj Party, engineers and other high rank officers.
These leaders of SP not only have property in metro cities of state but also in other states. Now they are under scanner by vigilance.
The vigilance of state government had broadened the enquiry after the issue of Black Money raises in nation.
AGD of vigilance Mahendra Modi said that there are 440 cases of which vigilance is investigating.
State government had hand over list which contain names of government engineers, officials from Health Department, officials of transport department, PWD, Social Welfare, Registry department, Tehsil and other government organization and PCS officers too.
The investigation of Babu Lal Kushwah, Rangnath and one other former minister of BSP government had been completed. The investigations of some other former ministers are on final stage.
State government had also call for investigation of property of 10 senior leaders of SP. State government had call for investigation details of leaders of Purvanchal.
Intelligence had started the investigation against those leaders who turned milliners in few days.
How investigation took place
Government receives the complaint of those who turn rich in few days. Vigilance then investigates to know the source of income. Department verify the facts of complaint after which it take permission from government for probe. It later files chargesheet after the investigation.
