5 ways to #celebrate New #Year at home; #goodbye to 2014 and #welcome 2015New Delhi: The world is raring to bid goodbye to 2014 and welcome 2015. A number of people across the globe may have made extensive plans to celebrate the New Year. Many may have decided to throw a party and several others may have planned a vacation abroad.

If you are not a party animal but wish to ring in the New Year with utmost fervour and joy, then you may do it in your own way at your abode!

#Invite your closest friend’s home: Make a list of the friends you would like to invite home on New Year’s Eve. Ensure you invite them well in advance so that they don’t end up having other plans.

#Decorate the house with candles and balloons or flowers: Special occasions do call for some decoration. Flowers, candles and balloons emit a sense of celebration and joy. So go to a shop and grab all what you need to adorn your house with.

#Cook dinner yourself:  Instead of ordering food from a restaurant, cook some food on your own If you know nothing about cooking, then perhaps your mother can help you prepare some delicious food for your friend

#Play some good music: If you love dancing, then short list foot-tapping numbers else make a list of melodious songs that can play while you welcome the New Year. You can even sing a song.

#Express yourself: Chatting with friends is the best thing one can do when they are around. Recalling beautiful memories of the past or sharing the plan of action for the future, with friends would certainly leave you with enriching memories.
