Mumbai: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan visited Shushrusha Hospital, in Mumbai on Nov 20, along with her mother Brinda and daughter Aaradhya to celebrate her late father’s birth anniversary, with a few children. The private event was organised in association with Smile Foundation.
At the event, Aishwarya, who was constantly clicked by the paparazzi, lost her cool and requested them to respect her privacy.
According to a report in India.com, a teary-eyed Aishwarya said, “Please stop it. You guys don’t know the work. This is not a premiere. This is not another public event. Please show some respect guys. What’s wrong with you all?”
She was visibly emotional and had all the reasons to be miffed with the photographers.
The former Miss World was there to spend some time with kids for whom she had sponsored cleft lips and palates treatment. It was a very private moment for and she wanted to spend it peacefully sans paparazzi attention.
She was also seen cutting a birthday cake and sharing some memorable time with kids around.
Later in the evening, the Bachchans had thrown a lavish bash to celebrate Aaradhya’s birthday which was attended by a number of celebrities and their kids. Shah Rukh Khan was among the many guests who had made their presence felt. Images of SRK’s toddler son AbRam enjoying at the bash was shared by none other than Amitabh Bachchan himself.
