Cops want loud music off, get attacked; 4 hurtNewDelhi: Four policemen were injured after a group of people threw stones and broken glass bottles at them when they asked the accused to switch off music at a local function in south-east Delhi’s Govindpuri late on Sunday night.

 
Police received a call from one of the local residents about loud music being played at a tent put up outside a neighbour’s house. Officers reached the spot, but even after repeated requests the music was not switched off. The SHO then asked his staff to stop the music.
 
During this, people at the function started pelting stones and broken glass bottles at the officers. The injured officers were taken to a hospital and discharged later after treatment. A case was registered at Govindpuri police station and a few people were detained.
