Shining India #Gujarat final Exit Polls : BJP get a  Simple majority in the state assembly polls 2017 #GandhiNagar: The ruling BJP in Gujarat is projected to get a simple majority in the state assembly polls, voting for which ended this evening, says the exit poll conducted by Shining India News Groups, 
 
The Exit poll projects BJP to win 105  ( + – 7 ) out of a total of 182 Assembly constituency seats, while the main rival Congress  is projected to win 80 ( + – 7 ) seats, with four  seats going to ‘Others,
and two independents. according to Shining India News Groups Exit polls. 
 
BJP is expected to get seats within a range of 98 – 105 , while Congress is expected to get seats within a range of 77 – 84 , says the Shining India News and Shining India Political Research & Analysis Groups  #Exitpoll. 
 
Gujarat Vote percentagewise, BJP is projected to get 48% ( + – 3% ) per cent, Congress 42% ( + – 3% ) per cent and ‘Others’ 10 ( + – 3% ) per cent, according to the exit poll.
 
In the 2012 Gujarat assembly elections, the BJP had won 116 seats, the Congress 60 and ‘Others’ six seats. 
 
According to Shining India News and Shining India Political Research & Analysis Groups  the agency that conducted the Gujarat exit poll, a total of 30682  interviews were conducted in 2978 polling booths across all four socio-economic regions of Gujarat. 
 
The Himachal Pradesh opinion poll  projects BJP to win 51  ( + – 7 )out of a total of 68 Assembly constituency seats, while the main rival Congress  is projected to win 15 ( + – 7 ) seats, with 3 seats going to ‘Others. 
 
Himachal Pradesh BJP is expected to get seats within a range of 44 – 51, while Congress is expected to get seats within a range of 15 – 22 seat’s , says the Shining India News Groups and EK Mulakat Survey  Himachal Pradesh  opinion poll with HP #Exitpoll 2017. 
 
The eligible voters covering all age groups and gender with rural-urban, semi – urban divide were interviewed. The exit poll was conducted in the first and second phases of polling, till 5 pm , and an error of margin of plus/minus  + -3% per cent has been kept.
