Blasts rock Kabul: Second blast hits same spot as first, as victims were getting help.Kabul: Twin blasts rocked Kabul on Monday morning, killing at least four people. The second blast happened about half an hour after the first, even as people were trying to help those injured in the first blast.

The explosions happened in the Shashdarak area of PD9 district of the city. Local news reports suggest the blasts took place close to the National Directorate of Security (NDS), the primary intelligence agency of Afghanistan.

Reports say there were a number of journalists among those killed in injured, especially in the second blast.

News agency Agence-France Presse (AFP) confirmed that its photographer Shah Marai was killed in the blast.
