India leads by 67 runs, India 31-1 till lunch

South AfricaIndia had bowled out the host team South Africa at 244 in first inning on Friday and leading with 36 runs in first inning with the veteran Indian bowler Zaheer Khan had taken the three wickets out of last four wickets of South Africa in first test match.

India had played the game of 31 runs on loss of one wicket of Shikhar Dhawan on the initial score of 15 runs. Till lunch, the score of India was 67 runs with the loss of one wicket. Shikhar Dhawan was sent back by Vernon Phiander being caught by Jacques Kallis in the slip cordon.

On the beginning of the game of Friday, host team had added only 31 runs beforw Zaheer (4/88) and Ishant Sharma (4/78) took the remaining four wickets for other 31 runs.

Second inning of India has been started by Shikhar Dhawan Vijay just one hour before the lunch. Dhawan’s 15 came off 21 balls with a boundary before he became Philander’s 100th victim in 19 Test matches. Philander improvised on the next delivery though and Dhawan played at it, edging to Jacques Kallis at second slip.
