Samsung’s first tablet to feature an AMOLED display

tab_2579636bNew Delhi: The next addition to Samsung’s Galaxy Tab range could have a 10.5-inch AMOLED display at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas next month. This would not be Samsung’s first tablet to feature an AMOLED display. The Galaxy Tab 7.7, introduced in late 2011, offered the screen technology.

The tablet, known internally as SM-T331, will come with an import price of $550 (£345), putting it in the high-end category. Theories suggest it could be a larger variant of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, According to a shipping manifest leaked to the Korean media.
