3 policemen shunted out as buffaloes of Azam Khan stolenLucknow:  As the buffaloes stolen on Friday from the farmhouse of Uttar Pradesh minister Azam Khan, three policemen had been shunted out for ‘dereliction of duty’.

Notify that seven buffaloes which belongs to Azam Khan, stolen late on Friday night by robbers. Robbers had cut open the thick iron chains binding the animals at minister’s farmhouse in Rampur.

Led by the Superintendent of Police, cops spread out across the district in a massive hunt for the stolen cattle over the weekend.

Police are still combing fields across the district and sniffer dogs are also being used to track down his buffaloes.
