New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi on today wherein he said that monsoon is delayed but the situation is likely to improve in next 2 months and the contingency plan for more than 500 districts is ready to tacke the situation.
Modi also said that the Indian states should set up special courts for a speedy trial of hoarders and black marketeers who hoard the food items, grains and then cash it on when there is a shortage of grains.
Narendra Modi said Centre and states should proactively mount acoordinated effort in implementing the advance action plan for the monsoon.
