#CM #Fadnavis said talk with #Shiv #Sena almost complete over #power #sharing in #MaharashtraMumbai: Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis on Monday claimed that talk over the power sharing in Maharashtra had been almost complete with its former ally party Shiv Sena.

CM Fadnavis after meeting with Sena leaders on Monday said, “Talks with Shiv Sena are 80 per cent complete. We are hopeful of something positive.”

The meeting is a part of a series of interactions between the two parties raising speculations of ties being on the mend. The #BJP has been trying hard to bring Sena on board for a post-poll alliance before the winter session, which commences on December 8.

Notify that Sena had taken the post of the Leader of the Opposition post in the Maharashtra Assembly after the BJP had refused to give key Cabinet posts to the party.

Sena has been adamant on taking deputy chief minister’s post and some key portfolios for its leaders including the post of Deputy CM.

Earlier Fadnavis said, “BJP wants that Sena join the government. We fully favour this.”
