Chennai: Reportedly, superstar Rajinikanth‘s assets will be auctioned by a private Bank, EXIM. The bank in Chennai released an official notice stating that they are about to auction his properties.
As per news, Rajinikanth’s wife Latha had failed in repaying the loan of Rs 22 crores within the given time period by the bank.
As per Bank rules, they are liable to auction the assets of the person if can’t pay the loan. Two acres of Kanchipuram is in the list of properties and the two acres are likely to be auctioned. The advertisement of the auction was published in a newspaper.
Rajinikanth is a super actor and a cultural icon. His best role for Shivaji is still well known. After erning 26 crores in 2007 for the movie Shivaji he became highest paid actor in Asia after Jackie Chan.
