Arun Jaitley a ‘shameless’ man and a ‘crook’, will make sure he goes to jail, says Ram Jethmalani

Arun Jaitley a 'shameless' man and a 'crook', will make sure he goes to jail, says Ram JethmalaniNEW DELHI: Former BJP & Ex  law Minister Mr  Ram Jethmalani lashed out at finance minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday, calling him a “disaster for PM Narendra Modi”, and said he would “see to it that he one day goes to jail”.
Jethmalani, who was once with the BJP, is representing Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in a Rs 10 crore defamation suit filed against him and some senior Aam Aadmi Party  colleagues by #Arunjaitley.

In an interview to a Marathi channel, Ram Jethmalani said he had lost “all respect for #PM #NarendraModi” because of his support to “that crook”. Narendra Modi would have to “suffer” for being a party to this, he added, referring to the allegations against Finance Minister Mr Arun Jaitley with regard to #DDCA irregularities.

#ArunJaitley has denied the allegations and said the “facts would be extremely inconvenient” for the opposition.

#RamJethmalani has been attacking Arun Jaitley for years now as he holds the finance minister responsible for his removal as law minister in the Atal Bihari  Vajpayee government. He was suspended by BJP after he attacked Arun Jaitley and Sushma Swaraj for opposing, in their roles as leaders of opposition in the two Houses, the appointment of Ranjit Sinha as CBI chief under UPA 2

Terming  #Arunjaitley the “biggest disappointment”, #RamJethmalani told TOI, “He is a person who is shameless. As finance minister, he has done nothing to fulfill the promise that the PM Narendra  Modi government made to the people… to get back the Rs 90 lakh crore kept in banks abroad.”
